Knife Pleating Machine

Rotary Pleating Machine
The Rotary Pleating Machine by Hangzhou Filter Equipment is designed for high-speed production of filter media with consistent pleat geometry. The ZDH-600 model has a pleating speed of 80m/min and a width of 650mm. It includes features like a paper rack, media humidifier, heating device, and a roller pleating device controlled by PLC and a touchscreen. The ZDFG-350 model, used for square filters, has a pleating width of 20-80mm and a speed of 600 pleats/min. Both models emphasize efficiency and ease of operation.
